Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your access to the website and the services provided by Personalized Morocco Tours. Your access and use of the website and services constitutes your full acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these terms from time to time. You must periodically review these terms and conditions.

Personalized Morocco Tours is a reliable Morocco tour operator specializing in authentic Moroccan tours, private travel services, and tailor-made vacations in Morocco.

Reservations & Registration

To book a tour with us, you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.

  • Confirmation of all reservations and/or changes must be in writing through our website or email.
  • No reservation or change to any request is permitted by telephone only.
  • To confirm services, you must have receipt of the requested deposit.

Booking Procedures & Payments

Once you have agreed on the quoted itinerary and invoice, the details of your program will be available to you. Your booking will be confirmed after we receive the initial 50% deposit of your invoice.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or bank transfer.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash, including Dirhams, Euros, Dollars, or Pounds, according to the daily rates on the day of your trip.

Changing a Booking

You can request to change your booking date by contacting us as soon as possible and confirming your request in writing.

We will make all possible arrangements for your booking with no additional charges, but we cannot guarantee that changes will always be possible. If changes cannot be made to your booking for any reason, you have the option to take your originally booked trip on time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your trip, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charge is based on the number of days before the start date of your trip.

From 20 to 10 days before the start date 50%
Less than 10 days before the start date 75%
Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival 100%

Emergency Cancellations

We are entitled to cancel your tour in emergencies such as natural catastrophes, terrorism, riots, war, or fires. In such cases, we will refund what you have paid us. We do not provide additional compensation.

Insurance

We do not provide any insurance. It is your full responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance in case of cancellation, illness, baggage loss, delays, and other travel issues.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid required travel documents. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to entering the country.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We appreciate your privacy concerns. We are responsible for securing your booking information and will use your private information to arrange bookings with hotels and other third-party vendors when necessary.

We may share your travel special requests with vendor partners in order to make your trip safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Complaints & Contact

If you have any complaints about the site, services, or information, please contact your driver, hotel, or guide first in order to solve the issue as soon as possible.
